Real Estate

The Real Estate program at College of DuPage meets the needs of students who would like to begin a career in the real estate industry. The program includes courses required by the State of Illinois that qualify students to take the following state license examinations:

  • Real Estate Broker
  • Real Estate Managing Broker
  • Associate Real Estate Trainee Appraiser
  • Home Inspector

COD offers both an Associate in Applied Science (A.A.S.) degree program with a Real Estate option, as well as a Real Estate Appraisal Certificate. For more information, students should contact a faculty advisor to plan their course of study. The real estate courses may be taken independently of the degree program for licensing purposes.
