Advanced Placement to the Associate Degree Nursing Program

Important Note: This placement is into the concept based A.D.N. curriculum, which became effective in Fall 2013.

Advanced placement students are those students seeking and potentially qualifying for placement in the second, third, or fourth semester of the College of DuPage Associate Degree Nursing Program.

Applicants currently eligible for ADVANCED PLACEMENT for 2014-2015 includes former College of DuPage Associate Degree Nursing program students admitted Fall 2012, Fall 2013 or Spring 2014.

Application deadline dates are:

Fall 2014 re-admission:           June 4, 2014

Spring 2015 re-admission:      October 22, 2014

Opportunities for Licensed Practical Nurses or Nursing Students seeking to transfer from another nursing program to the College of DuPage Associate Degree Nursing Program may be available beginning with the 2015-2016 academic year.

Program Approval and Accreditation Status:
The ADN program at College of DuPage has been approved by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation/Board of Nursing and the Illinois Community College Board (ICCB).
