I originally obtained an Associate Degree of Applied Science in Nursing from Truman City College. I went on to complete my Bachelors of Science in Nursing at Loyola University of Chicago and a Masters of Science in Nursing at University of Illinois in Chicago.

My health care experience has included Rehabilitation Nursing, Community Health Nursing, and Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing. I have been fortunate to work with families in a variety of settings, including working as an addictions counselor.
Since completing my Masters, I have worked as a clinical specialist in the hospital setting, and as an instructor in schools of nursing.

As faculty at College of DuPage, I look forward to working with you as you join the ranks of many talented and wonderful nurses.
