This page contains information on registering for the COD/CARPRO field experience.  The material here is specific to the program. If you live in the College of DuPage's clientele district (District 502) in Illinois, then you can register for this program as you would any normal COD course.  If you live outside of this district you should determine if your college belongs to ICISP, a co-orperative of colleges offering reciprocal tuition for study abroad experiences.  If your institution is not part of ICISP then you must either register as an out of district student or contact Dr. John Staeck and your registrar to determine if you can register for credit at your current institution (paying that tuition) and still participate in the field experience.  This sometimes can be arranged.

Students must apply for participation by March 1, 2001.  At that time we require a completed application, a $100 non-refundable deposit, and a clear copy of positive identification (a photocopy of a driver's license, passport photo and data page, or comparable material).  Pending acceptance, this will enroll you in the program and set aside a slot exclusively for you.  Remaining payment is due by June 1, 2001, though we encourage you to make payment as soon as possible.  For your convenience, you may pay all costs in 3 equal payments scheduled for April, May, and June 1, 2001.

If you are enrolling prior to March 19, 2001, the course registration code is 27103 for the 10 credit experience.  If you enroll after this date you must use the registration code 36549.

Go to the application form.

Please be sure to complete the application and to sign and submit the code of conduct, ethics, and injury statements along with the completed application form.  Completed forms should be mailed directly to:
