Chemistry 1552 is the second semester of a one-year course in chemical principles for science and engineering majors. The course combines classroom and laboratory work; both components are necessary for successful completion of the course. Gases, liquids and solids, solutions, redox reactions, thermodynamics, kinetics and descriptive chemistry. Prerequisite: Chemistry 1551, C or better.
