Across Zion: Backpacking the West Rim & Kolob Canyons

Escape the crowds and tour busses of Zion Canyon and experience the Naitonal Park the way it should be experiecned, on foot. We'll begin the hike near the remote, steep Kolob Canyons and make our way across Zion, over the vast West Rim, Angel's Landing and eventurally down into Zion Canyon itself. Participants must be comfortable backpacking up to 8-miles a day over moderate terrain.

Field Study: May 15-20, 2010

Fee: $575 (includes air/ground transportation, airport shuttles, camp fees, lodging, most meals, permits and backpacking/camping equipment)
