Teaching Style

I create a flexible, relaxed, supportive and non-judging atmosphere in the classroom as a way to inhance our ability to express ourselves freely and openly. I appreciate and facilitate the "no praise , no blame" concept as it relates to self expression and diversity.  I believe we are all students and teachers in our never ending quest to learn more.
