    Our bodies are dynamic entities with everything we need to know about are deep desires, passions and body functions, but in our fast paced culture we have lost our ability to connect to our deepest and most meaningful parts of ourselves.  Come explore new and unseen parts of yourself through
     

 

    The class will be structured into sharing time, didactic information and handouts, experiential body work and movement, relaxation and journaling our awarenesses.

    No previous experience in dance, movement or journaling is required and these basic tool can be used over and over throughout a lifetime to continue on the path of authenticity, Self awareness, health and well-being...
