Odonata: Zygoptera (Narrow-winged Damselflies)
- Nymphs (immatures) with slender bodies; 3 pairs of jointed legs and well-developed eyes.
- Masklike labium (lower lip) hinged.
- Distinct wing pads (developing wings) on the thorax.
- Three leaflike gills at the end of the abdomen (Caution: gills are often missing in collected specimens.)
Length: 10 mm to 22 mm
