Phi Theta Kappa Hosts Rep. Patti Bellock Dec. 2 for Human Trafficking Talk

College of DuPage Phi Theta Kappa chapter recently hosted State Representative Patti Bellock (R-47, Hinsdale) to discuss human trafficking in Illinois. Bellock’s presentation was held as part of PTK’s Human Trafficking Awareness Week. Bellock, who introduced and sponsored legislation which created the Human Trafficking Task Force, was joined by Belinda Stewart of The Dreamcatcher Foundation and Frank Massolini, founder of Anne’s House and PROMISE program director. The panel discussion included information on resources available to assist survivors of human trafficking and statistics on its pervasiveness in the U.S. Click here for more images.
