As reported in the recent newsletter from the Citizens for American Manufacturing (CAM), anIllinois based non-profit corporation, Arvin stated, “One of the goals of CAM is to promote the benefits of choosing advanced manufacturing as a career path for young people. For obtaining the skills, training and certifications to be successful in this field, the program we saw at College of DuPage should be seen as a model that others should emulate. Here students can learn a full range of skills that those of us in manufacturing are really looking for in recruits.” For more information about the Manufacturing program, email email@example.com or visit www.cod.edu/programs/electronics/manufacturing.aspx.
