Branch Manager of the new U.S. Bank location at College of DuPage Amy Elliott (left) welcomes guests to a recent ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the new full-service branch at COD.
"We are delighted to partner with U.S. Bank, an institution which has been a longtime supporter of the College," said COD President Dr. Robert L. Breuder. "Although it's the fifth-largest bank in the nation, U.S. Bank provides the individualized service and customer support that is a mainstay of our mission at College of DuPage. We're pleased to have this beautiful and convenient new location for our students, employees and community members."
As part of the opening celebration, U.S. Bank Market President Marsha Cruzan presented the College of DuPage Foundation with a check for $5,000 for student scholarships.
"This is a wonderful opportunity to partner with a highly respected college, and we are looking forward to making a difference on campus for students and staff at this new location," Cruzan said. "U.S. Bank is truly dedicated to Illinois and the greater Chicago area, with more than 150 branches and 300 ATMs for our customers. We look forward to deepening our relationship with College of DuPage and are truly proud to enter into this partnership with such a quality institution."
The new full-service, on-site branch is located at the nexus of the College's Student Resource Center and Berg Instructional Center, adjacent to Starbucks. Headed up by U.S. Bank Branch Manager Amy Elliott, who is also currently enrolled in classes at COD, this new site will provide assistance with checking accounts, savings, loans, mortgages and investment services.
The hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. There will also be one full-service U.S. Bank ATM located at the branch.
