How does an uplink work?
We have a full-time direct link to Norlight's uplink facility in Skokie, Illinois where we have access to a variety of satellite antennas: C-band, Ku-Band, analog and digital. We have five downlink antennas of various sizes we can use to monitor/verify the quality of your signal in real time; these are located just outside our building.

How does my organization produce a satellite Teleconference?
If you are interested in producing a live or recorded satellite teleconference to one site or 10,000 sites we can help you.

In addition to 10-plus years of experience in satellite productions, we have a highly skilled Chicago-based production crew, a good location and a great studio. To help you control costs and save time we always have a few great looking sets available to you at little or no cost. Naturally, we're willing to build to suit your needs.

We have other delivery options as well. We can stream your event live to the internet, we can add video conferencing for sites with H.323 video conferencing systems and of course, we can make a videotape or DVD of your production for general distribution.

The production of a television event can be a difficult task for the uninitiated. Talk to our staff. We can produce it from concept to completion and we can give you a firm price up-front.

I'm interested now.
