Why won't the VHS videotapes I purchased in Europe play on classroom machines?

If the tapes are a known video standard we can convert them to the NTSC video standard used here. The converted tapes will generally be of acceptable quality.

I'd like to use some video segments in a PowerPoint program I plan to use in a lecture, is that possible?

We can compress those video clips into several formats for your PC such as, MPEG, ASF, AVI, Real Media and QuickTime. These are the most popular compressed formats and should work in most programs.

I’ve been asked to give a studio presentation at the next teleconference, what do I need to know?

Sit tight, it’s not as dangerous as it sounds, we haven’t lost anyone yet. Most of your questions should be answered in a presenter’s guide we developed for just this purpose. It’s available on the web by clicking here: Teleconference Presenters Guide , if your internet connection will not support this program click here to order a CD copy of the program. Don’t forget to include a mailing address. Allow 3-4 weeks for delivery.
