- Places holds on materials for eligible patrons
- Manages the Reserve collection
- Checks out keys to group study rooms
- Checks out keys to group viewing rooms (Exceptions may be made for use by a single person with specific class assignments.)
- Checks out keys to equipment such as microscopes, turntables, and earphones
- Checks out audiovisual equipment for delivery to classrooms and events
