Some of the files available from the C.O.D. Library Web site must be opened using special computer programs--often called "plug-ins". These programs are available for free and are already installed on most computers. However, sometimes you must install them yourself.
If you are having trouble opening a file, use the list of download links to the right to install the appropriate plug-in. Follow the link next to the icon that matches the icon next to the file you are trying to open.
