• Use the Library Web site to search for and access most of the resources and services available from the Library.
• Access and find books, videos, journal articles, websites, online reference help, the Assignment Calculator, and video tutorials, Library news and events, and much, much more.

• Use the C.O.D. Library Catalog to find books, videos, software, magazines, and journals in the C.O.D. Library
• Use the search tab on the Library homepage, or from anywhere in the Library site, click on "Library Catalog" link.
• Using the catalog, you can search for books about your topic in a variety of ways including by title, author, subject, or keyword.

• To search for materials outside of the Library, you can use WorldCat, LINKin and interlibrary loan

• Using these databases, you can find articlesand multimedia from scholarly journals, magazines, newspapers, and other scholary sources.
• Use the databases search tab on the Library homepage, or from anywhere in the Library site, click on the "Databases" link.
• Choose the subject you are researching to get a list of recommended databases

• From anywhere in the Library site, click on the "Web Sites" link.
• On these pages you'll find a variety of general and specialized web search tools including multimedia and image search engines, blog search engines and directories.

As well as search engines, try using the Wikipedia-- an online encyclopedia where content is created by users.
