Throughout this semester we will be defining organizational behavior as the study of what people do in an organization and how that behavior affects the performance of the organization. We will also be studying leadership as the ability to influence a group toward the achievement of goals.
For this assignment, you will be researching the interrelationship of these two concepts in an attempt to determine the impact leadership has on the behavior which occurs within our organizations. You will also be researching the impact bad leadership has on the behavior which occurs within our organization.
Please refer to the handout from your instructor that contains detailed guidelines for the project.
