Business 1100 Research Guide

Business Article Project

Write a critical analysis of an article(s) on a current business topic of your choice. Summarize, analyze, and react to the ideas that were presented in what you read. In your analysis, refer to concepts that were discussed in class or the textbook.

Refer to your instructor's guidelines for details on this assignment.

Use the databases listed below to find the business articles. The databases are available from your home or work computer, but you will need a valid College of DuPage library card to use them from off campus.

Databases

Business and Company ASAP

This is a good database to begin your search. It contains an excellent selection of articles, many which are fulltext, on a wide variety of topics.
Under Subject Search, you can enter a business topic, an industry, or the name of a company or business person.
Use Advanced Search to combine two or more topics.

Business Source Elite

These databases are also useful for finding articles.
