As part of the Health, Social and Behavioral Sciences Division, C.O.D.'s Health Sciences program provides students with a choice of more than 25 health-related areas of study. The college offers health care career training in four major areas: rehabilitation, diagnostics, medical information and patient care.

The English as a Second Language (ESL)/Adult Basic Education (ABE)/Adult Secondary Education (ASE) programs assist adults whose first language is not English develop skills for college-level work or skill improvement, as well as provide ESL Family Literacy, GED and Citizenship preparation.
