Manufacturing Technology Careers

The College and Career Information Center (CCIC) is located on the second floor of the Library. In this collection, you will find materials on how to locate job openings, how to write a resume and gather data about employment statistics in your chosen industry. The Library also subscribes to several online resources to guide you in your job search. Below you will find tools to help you find Library materials on careers and locate information on the Internet.

Career Materials in CCIC:

Use the library catalog to search for materials in the Library about careers and job hunting. The catalog can be searched by subject, keyword, title and author.

Searching tips:
Search the catalog by subject first. To find information about a careers in technology or how to write a resume, start with the subject headings of "Technology Vocational Guidance" or "Resumes"

Doing a keyword search can help you find the correct subject heading. Do a keyword search and select a book or video that is in the area that you are interested in. Clicking on an appropriate subject heading at the bottom of the record will take you to similar items.

There are a variety of tools on the Internet to assist you in finding a job or changing your career.
