Telecommunications and Voice Services provides the development, implementation, training, and maintenance for voice services including: 

  • Moves, adds and changes of telephone equipment
  • Voice mail
  • Automatic Call Distribution Groups (ACD)
  • Local and long-distance services
  • Paging equipment
  • Telephone credit cards

FAQ's

Who has voice mail?

All full and part-time faculty,  classified staff, and administrators have voice mail service. Each person may receives a up to a select number of stored messages. If you need this expanded please call the Help Desk, ext. 4357.

Is documentation available for telephone services?

Documentation describing all features of the telephone system and voice mail is available through the Help Desk, ext. 4357, in the COD telephone directory, and on the Information Technology Home Page.

How do I request changes to my telephone service?
