Administrative Systems
Supports all administrative, academic and web-based programming applications such as the Student Records System (CDAS), the Business System (Advantage), the Human Resources Management System (HRMS), and the Campus Scheduling System (25E).
Office and Classroom Technology
Manages the Help Desk (ext. 4357) to answer all technology-based questions. Supports all computing labs, audio-visual systems, Personal Computers, printers, and related peripherals. Provides software installation and support for all College owned computers.
Planning and Emerging Technology
Supports innovative and enterprise-wide technology standards, software licensing, equipment reviews, mobile computing and electronic commerce.
Web and Instructional Technology
Supports enterprise-wide planning; Internet, intranet, and instructional applications, web tools, and technology-based grants.
Telecommunications and Voice Services
Supports telephone services and voice mail; PBX systems, FAX services; paging, long distance, T-1, T-3, and SONET services.
Multimedia Services
Provides video and television production support for instructional and administrative areas of the College.
Networking Services
Supports local area networking, wide area networking, network operations, systems security, cabling, networked printing, and mainframe systems.
WDCB Radio
Serves the College district with a full-time, full-service public radio station. The station delivers audio-based instruction and marketing announcements for College programs.
Interactive Video Networks
Provides support, facilities, and connections for distance education activities for the College.
Systems and Operations
Systems and Operations support central computer systems. Services include mainframe, computer operations and security.
