Administrative Systems supports all the information processing services of the College's application systems, including:

  • Programming applications such as the Student Records Systems (CDAS), the Human Resources Management System (HRMS), and the Financial System (Advantage)

How do I get access to the Student Records System or other administrative systems?

Request forms for the following application systems are available from the IT reception area (x2470) or from the Help Desk (x4357).

How do faculty input final grades into the Student Records System?

Opscan sheets are automatically sent to all faculty at the end of the quarter.  The sheets are then scanned into the College's Student Records System (CDAS) to update the student grades.

How do I report a problem with an existing report or online screen?

Users are requested to submit a (pink) Problem Report Form that identifies and explains the discrepancy found in any of the applications. These forms can be obtained from the IT reception area (x2470) or from the Help Desk (x4357). All problem reports are addressed upon receipt. A resolution memo will be sent to you explaining the action taken to correct the problem.

How do I request a change to an existing report or screen?

In order to modify an existing report or screen, or to have a new report or screen developed, you need to submit a (blue) Project Request Form. This form should describe the need, the justification, and any cost/consequences. After receiving your administrator's approval, this request will be prioritized at the next ATAC Committee meeting. After that time, it can be assigned as an IT project.
