| Overview |
| Technology-based equipment is moved and discarded on a regular basis at
the college. In order to provide a process that will maximize utilization and provide a fair and equitable
redistribution process, the following procedure will be used by all college departments/divisions. Technology-based equipment is defined as any microcomputers, minicomputers, mainframe computers, and all equipment/instrumentation that is interfaced to the enterprise network or any computer type. Examples are computer peripherals, printers, communication equipment, projection systems, document cameras, digital cameras, personnel data assistants, and scanners with a purchase value over $500. |
