BOARD POLICY #6112

Any access/use of the College of DuPage computer systems is restricted to duly authorized individuals only. Any unauthorized access/use by an individual, including administrators, faculty, classified staff, students and the public, of the computer systems, computer network, computer programs, computer software, computer supplies, documentation and/or data will be subject to disciplinary action, civil action and/or criminal prosecution.

A complete copy of the disciplinary procedure, which involves a disciplinary authority, sanctions and a student's right to appeal, is available in the office of the Associate Vice President for Student Affairs.

BOARD POLICY #6420

College property will be defined as equipment and other materials either purchased with college funds or acquired through a federal/state/private grant or donation.

The Board of Trustees will approve the disposal of property originally received as a donation or acquired through the bidding process which also had an individual value exceeding the current bid limit as defined in Board Policy #6108, Purchasing.

The Board of Trustees will be provided a quarterly report of the disposition of capital assets.
