Do not lift the handset.
- Press the Auto Dial Key. The flashing auto-dial indicator
is activated.
- Dial the number to program into auto dial.
- Press the Auto Dial Key again. The flashing auto-dial
indicator goes off.

| To Activate

Do not lift the handset.
- Press the Forward Key. The call-forward indicator is
activated.
- Dial the number to where the calls will be forwarded.
- Press the Forward Key again. The call-forward indicator
becomes steady to indicate that this phone is forwarding calls.

| To Cancel

Do not lift the handset.
- Press the Forward Key. The call-forward indicator is
not longer displayed and calls will no longer be forwared.

| To Re-instate
- Press the Forward Key
twice. The call-forward indicator becomes steady to indicate that calls
from this phone are being forwarded.

| To Respond

Lift the handset and listen for
the dial tone.
- Press the Call Pickup Key or dial 13 to
answer the call.

Press the Conference Key.
The call is placed on hold.
- Dial the number to conference.
- Press the Conference Key again. A three-way conference
has been connected. This procedure can be repeated with up to six parties,
including yourself.

is automatically re-dialed.

The message indicator light flashes
indicating that message(s) are waiting. Press your directory number.
- Press the Message Key. Retrieve the message from the
Message Center.

Do not lift the handset.
- Press the Speed Call Key. The flashing speed-call indicator
is activated.
- Dial a 1, 2 or 3 digit speed call access
code.
- Dial the phone number to be stored into speed call and associated
with the above access code.
- Press the Speed Call Key again. The speed-call indicator
is turned off and the indicated number is programmed to the selected
access code.

| To Erase

Press the Speed Call Key.
The flashing speed-call indicator is activated.
- Dial the 1, 2 or 3 digit speed call access
code that you would like to erase.
- Press the * (asterisk) key.
- Press the Speed Call Key again. The speed-call indicator
is turned off and the speed-call access code and the associated phone
number have been removed.

tone.
- Press the Speed Call Key.
- Dial the 1, 2 or 3 digit speed call access
code. The associated phone number is automatically dialed.

- Dial the number of where the call will be forwarded.
- When the party to whom the call is to be transferred answers, Press
the Conference Key again. A three-way conference has been
connected.
- Press the Release Key to hang the phone up after the
connection is complete.
