Announces New Help Desk Stats Page
For the past four years the College of DuPage IT Help Desk has provided monthly summaries about help desk performance on its website. Now, faculty and staff at the College are able to view key performance measurements that are updated every 15 minutes.
All this information is available with just one click of the mouse:
- What percentage of calls are being answered before your call has been completed?
- How many calls has the Help Desk answered this month?
- How fast your calls are being answer?
- What percentage of all calls are abandoned after 20 seconds?
- How many help desk calls are open and what is age of those calls?
- How many calls were open in let’s say in May of FY 04?
The new statistical information provides up-to-the-minute performance measures to insure our services exceed our customer’s expectations.
