To download grades from Blackboard:

1. Enter Blackboard and open a course.
2. In the Control Panel, go to the Grade Center and select Full Grade Center.
3. Mouse over Work Offline (far right), and click Download.
4. In Section 1 of the Download Grades screen, make sure the radio button, Full Grade Center is selected.
5. On the next screen, click Download.
6. You will be asked if you want to Open or Save the file. Click Open to view in Excel.
7. Save the file by clicking File in the upper menu.
8. Select Save As.
9. Choose a location to save the file.
10. Enter a file name.
11. Important! In the Save as type box, select Excel Workbook.
12. Click Save.

You may send this saved file to your Division as an electronic record of your students' grades.
