  • How do I access, modify, or delete tests (or assignments or other content)?

Instructors who teach COD Online courses may contact their "Online Support Team" (assigned developer and Instructional Designer) directly. Still need help? For any outstanding issues or concerns, please call Cathy Rathke, ext. 2782.

Term Updates for COD Online courses (courses delivered fully online)

While faculty are responsible for the ongoing maintenance of their online courses, IT staff are available to provide assistance for routine, end-of-term, updates (such as date changes or link changes). To request assistance, please submit the Blackboard Term Update form. You may also call the Help Desk (ext. 4357) to request assistance. Or, if there is a support person who is most familiar with your course, you may contact that person directly.

To communicate your changes, please print out all pages to be changed and mark each page with your changes. Submit your updates three weeks before the end of the term.
