Once submitted, your enhancement request or issue report will be:

1. Assigned a tracking number
2. Investigated by IT staff who may contact you for further details
3. Reviewed by the Blackboard Advisory Committee and assigned a priority, responsible area, and/or submitted to Blackboard Inc.
4. If your suggestion is submitted to Blackboard, COD will advocate for possible resolution in an upcoming Blackboard update.
