Where do I find it?

The Camtasia Studio video content presented here requires JavaScript to be enabled and the latest version of the Macromedia Flash Player. If you are you using a browser with JavaScript disabled please enable it now. Otherwise, please update your version of the free Flash Player by downloading here.

What's new about it?

Course Availability works the same way as in previous versions of Blackboard. It has simply moved to a different location.

How do I use it?

Start by turning Edit Mode - On in the upper right corner of the screen.
On the left menu, find Control Panel. Open the Customization menu and select Properties.
Scroll to Section 3, Set Availability. Select either Yes or No. Note: Unless the course is set to Availability - Yes, students will be unable to access any part of the course.
Click Submit when finished.
