Certificates
The Interior Design program at College of DuPage offers three certificates – Advanced Kitchen and Bath, Advanced Computer Applications and Advanced Lighting Design:

ADVANCED KITCHEN AND BATH
If you are interested in pursuing a career in the Kitchen and Bath design field, you should consider completing this certificate. Because this is a National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA) endorsed program, students earning this College of DuPage certificate are recognized by the kitchen and bath industry as meeting NKBA standards. ADVANCED COMPUTER APPLICATIONS
This certificate indicates advanced knowledge in computer programs used in the interior design
profession and is most commonly pursued by students who want to supplement their Associate in Applied Science degree with additional skills valued by employers.

ADVANCED LIGHTING DESIGN
This certificate indicates advanced knowledge in the lighting of interior spaces, a critical skill for interior designers. This certificate is most commonly earned by students who want to supplement their Associate in Applied Science degree with additional skills, which are valued by clients and employers.
