Continuity of Operations for Businesses, Communities and Homes
This Continuity of Operations (COOP) class provides an overview of the planning process that provides for continued operations and to achieve recovery from a significant disruption of a business (or your home). We will consider the thought processes to assess potential situations, the identification of essential functions, the factors required to continue those essential functions in response to that significant disruption culminating with the understanding of the method of establishing, validating and practicing a COOP plan. This class is designed to help the small (or not so small) business owner plus the "concerned employee", law enforcement and other emergency/disaster responders, business investors, property owners and all interested community citizens.
