The Behavioral Sciences subdivision offers courses
and programs of study that prepare students for hands-on work in
the assistance and education of others. Certificates
and degree programs are available in Early Childhood Education and Care, Education, Human
Services and Psychology. For specific information on each of these
subject areas, click on Division Organization.
Students who earn a Social and Behavioral Sciences certificate or
degree are well-prepared for immediate entry into the workplace.
In addition, for students with further educational goals, Social
and Behavioral Sciences courses fulfill many of the general education
requirements needed for a successful transfer to a baccalaureate-granting
institution.
