Health Sciences offers degrees and certificates in a wide range of
programs, from Dental Hygiene to Nursing to Fire Science and Therapeutic
Massage. With well-equipped laboratories, experienced instructors and
excellent clinical instruction facilities, students in these programs
are prepared for direct entry into professional, semiprofessional,
technical and skilled employment.
The Social Sciences subdivision provides students with in-depth knowledge
of the world and how it works, with programs that focus on cultural
heritage, and the development of relationships between people, institutions
and the environment. Available programs include Anthropology, Criminal
Justice, Economics, Geography, Political Science and Sociology.
The Behavioral Sciences subdivision cultivates in students a broad
perspective on human behavior and the inner-workings of the mind, educational
issues and the need for programs and solutions to help others struggling
in our society. Programs available include Early Childhood Education
and Care, Education, Human Services and Psychology.
