Roy Beaumont

Roy Beaumont was named the 2011 Distinguished Hospitality Program Alum. Beaumont is a former College of DuPage student who works for Marriott International.

"In the Classical Cuisine course, we'd be working with tenderloins, lobster tails, ducks, wonderful cuts of fish.     College of DuPage alumnae Jamie Fredericks is back at her alma mater to help run the Inn at Water's Edge. The six-room boutique hotel is part of the new Culinary & Hospitality Center located on campus in Glen Ellyn. The Inn doubles as a learning lab for students in the Culinary and Hospitality Management program, the same program from which Fredericks graduated.
