Infrastructure Master Plan
The Infrastructure Master Plan will consist of two main objectives. These objectives are to analyze the impact of the Facilities Master Plan on the existing infrastructure and to provide conceptual infrastructure solutions that will accommodate future capital projects identified in the Facilities Master Plan.

The general scope of this project is to develop an infrastructure master plan for College of Dupage’s fundamental building systems, such as HVAC, utility and telecommunication.

The Board of Trustees approved a contract award for the Infrastructure Master Planning project to Grumman/Butkus Associates on Thursday, Sept. 17, 2004. The project committee held a kick-off meeting the week of Sept. 27, 2004.
