Update (12/31/05)
Preliminary scope and budget for the BIC and SRC projects have been defined and the project is approximately 50 percent complete.

Update (11/30/05)
Program data collection, conceptual planning and scope definition continue with an expected completion by mid-January.

Update (10/31/05)
The project team and C.O.D. administration are engaged in establishing the planning parameters for this project. Once parameters are established, options for conceptual planning will be further developed. The conceptual planning work will be coordinated, along with the development of the budget for these projects.

Update (9/30/05)
The project will commence the first week in October. The project team is currently devising a 90- to 120-day work plan.
