We will discuss various ways to offer exceptional services to our external and internal customers. We will learn how to recognize and appreciate their concerns and needs, empathize with their feelings, and how we go the extra mile in serving them well. We will also examine ways to develop flexibility and common sense as we uphold the institutional rules and regulations.
The merit of quality customer service will be further illustrated in the “Other Side of the Window” video. The DVD will show the value of good customer service from both sides of a service “window.” In theory, an employee gives outstanding services to customers. In return, the employee receives similar exceptional services from other businesses. This practical example describes the significance of implementing and receiving superior customer service
