This week’s tip applies to Microsoft Word.

While typing that new article, do you get stuck trying to think of a synonym for a word that you’ve already used? Here’s the easy way to find a synonym:

1. Right-click the word to look up.
2. In the menu select Synonyms…
3. You will be presented with synonyms, (occasionally) antonyms, and a quick way to the Thesaurus!
