This week’s tip applies to Microsoft Outlook. This question was asked during the monthly ‘Everything you want to ask’ session in the TLC.
When replying to or forwarding an email message, you’d like your signature file to get appended automatically to your message. How do you do this?
1. In your opening screen, on the Tools menu in Outlook, click Options.
2. On the Preferences tab, click E-mail Options.
3. In the When replying to a message list or the When forwarding a message list, select one of the following items only (other options will not work):
· Include original message text
· Include and indent original message text
· Prefix each line of the original message
4. Click OK to close the E-mail Options dialog box.
5. Click OK to close the Options dialog box.
