TLC Tips of the Week:                          from Helen Olberg

This tip applies to MS Outlook.

Did you know that you can drag one or more Outlook Notes to the Inbox to create a message? The Note text and its last Modified date will be added to the message body. You simply add the addressee(s), subject line, and whatever text you like.

Outlook's File, Print menu normally places each Note on a separate sheet of paper, but you can print several Notes on a continuous sheet of paper by selecting and dragging the Notes to the Inbox or Mail icon on the Navigation bar. When you drop them, a new message will open, containing the Modified date and Note text for each Note. You can print this message and close it.
