This week’s tip applies to Microsoft Outlook.

 

When you receive an Outlook message containing several attached files, you don't have to open and save each file separately. You can save those multiple attachments to the same folder in a single step. Here's how:

  1. Click File > Save Attachments.
  2. In the Save All Attachments dialog box, click OK.
  3. Select the folder where you want to save the files, and click OK.
