This week’s
tip applies to Microsoft Outlook.
Did you know that you can display non-consecutive dates in your Outlook Calendar? The Calendar displays dates consecutively—usually in single week or month view, but it can be useful to see several nonconsecutive dates at a glance. For example, if you meet with the same person on September 12 and 19, October 31, and November 6, you might want to view those dates at the same time, giving you easy access to meeting purposes, locations, attendees, etc.
