You may also return your completed registration form to the Teaching & Learning Center - SRC 1500 and via mail or fax. Our fax number is 630-942 3146.
If your e-mail address is provided to the TLC, you will receive your confirmation in that format. All others will be mailed to your campus location.
In the event a Workshop is cancelled, attendees will be notified via e-mail, U.S. Mail or telephoned if no e-mail address is available.
