Veteran Police Officers Leadership, Ethics and Wellness Training

Hours: 24
Fee: $395.00

Program Information:
The value of veteran police officers to the communities they serve can’t be overstated. The veteran officer is a role model, coach/mentor, experienced problem solver, informal leader and often times the unofficial supervisor on the scene. Because retaining quality personnel is so critical to the health of an agency, efforts to reinvigorate officers have proven to enhance officer performance, attitudes and department moral.

This highly acclaimed (3) day program designed for law enforcement officers and featured in the International Association of Chiefs of Police magazine focuses on developing and motivating good leaders who are the strength of an organization. The program curriculum is designed to have law enforcement personnel assess their personal and professional lives, while stimulating thought processes for personal growth.

Course topics to be addressed include:
Leadership, Ethics, Morals and Values
Professional Demeanor
Stress Management/ Physical and Mental Wellness
Busting Burnout/Generational Differences
Promotional Preparedness
