Basic Truck Enforcement
Hours: 40
Tuition: $395 for Law Enforcement and $495 for Truck Personnel
Program Information:
This 40-hour class
is designed to train police officers in the detection and investigation
of truck law violations. Truck enforcement is a broad and complicated
area of police work, traditional training in this specialty area has
been primarily focused in the classroom with minimal field training.
The Suburban Law Enforcement Academy (SLEA) in collaboration with
Illinois Truck Enforcement Association is committed to providing
cutting-edge training that will give police officers the skills and
knowledge necessary to perform comprehensive truck enforcement.
Curriculum:
Each block of
classroom instruction will be reinforced by written quizzes and
hands-on, field practicals that will progressively build on knowledge
from earlier practicals.

**Cancellations for this class must be received
by SLEA 35 days prior to the start of the program in order to avoid being
billed!**
