“IT’S NOT EASY BEING A
POLICE SUPERVISOR”

This one-day, 8 hour seminar is designed to enhance the supervisory and management skills of middle management personnel and is taught in an interactive learning environment. This program’s curriculum includes evaluations, problem employees, conflict management, discipline and career planning. Students will learn about the practicality of effective supervision through case studies, real life examples and personal accounts.
