Sexual Predator Investigation

Hours: 16
Tuition: $300

This two day, 16-hour class is taught by a high profile Detective who is currently involved in active sexual predator cases.

Objectives of this class:

  • Basic tracking of Emails
  • Case Law Review regarding Internet Predators
  • Tracking of Sex Offenders
  • Taking over the identity of real victims
  • Learn how to write Subpoenas, Search Warrants and
    Over Hear Orders
  • Complete an entire case file on a Predator
  • Learn how to set up an internet sting
  • Interview/Interrogation process of Predators
  • Review of software tools regarding these types of investigations
  • Learn about becoming an Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force member
  • Learn the law enforcement aspect of using MySpace.com

**Cancellations for this class must be received by SLEA 35 days prior to the start of the program in order to avoid being billed!**
